Take Action and make an immediate difference helping to eliminate health and safety hazards in D.C. area homes.

Providence is joining John Calvin Presbyterian and Ravensworth Baptist churches to make repairs and improvements to the home of a low-income neighbor in Alexandria. The team needs four volunteers with basic level handy-person or carpentry skills. There will be no painting and little outdoor work. Three shifts are available on Saturday, April 26: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm  (likely finishing earlier this year), and all day, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Lunch will be provided.
